Terms of Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You sign in using Apple or Google authentication. You are responsible for the security of your authentication credentials and for all activity under your account.

Gust provides AI-powered meal planning, macro tracking, grocery list generation, pantry management, and cooking guidance. The Service generates personalized weekly meal plans based on your body data, dietary preferences, and fitness goals.

Gust is not a medical or nutritional advisory service. Meal plans and nutritional information are for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users with food allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before following any meal plan.

We continuously improve the Service and may add, modify, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially affect your use.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, nutritional estimates, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies. Nutritional values are estimates based on standard food databases and AI analysis — actual values may vary based on preparation methods, ingredient brands, and portion sizes.

Photos you submit for menu analysis, fridge scanning, or meal logging are processed by AI to identify foods and estimate nutrition. These images are processed transiently and are not stored after the analysis is complete.

Some AI features run entirely on your device using Apple's built-in language model. These on-device features do not send data to our servers or to Apple.

AI features are subject to weekly usage limits (for example, recipe generation, voice dictation, and menu analysis). Current limits are displayed within the app.

The Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription options, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed within the app before purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store using in-app purchases. Payment is processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact Apple Support or reach out to us at support@getgust.app.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service, including photos, recipe text, and audio recordings. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your meal plans, cooking history, preferences, ratings, pantry items, and account information within 24 hours.

Your feedback, suggestions, and feature requests about the Service may be used by us to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: personal meal planning and nutritional guidance. You may not use the Service to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service. You may not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service. You may not resell or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 65FN LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Meal plans and recipes generated by the Service are provided for your personal use. You may share individual recipes with friends and family, but you may not republish them commercially or claim them as your own original work.

Gust is a meal planning tool, not a medical device. The nutritional information, macro targets, and meal recommendations provided by the Service are calculated using standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor equation) and AI estimates. They are not medical advice.

Always verify ingredient labels for allergen information. While we filter recipes based on your stated allergens and exclusions, we cannot guarantee that every recipe or ingredient suggestion is free of allergens due to the nature of AI-generated content and food database limitations.

If you have a medical condition, food allergy, eating disorder, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. Use your judgment when following meal plans, and verify nutritional information when precision is important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 65FN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You and 65FN LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue in effect.
